This Guest Series ready to drink Cold Brew Coffee is a smooth organic yellow bourbon variety, produced using a 72 hour double anaerobic fermentation process by DLF MARCALA. This single origin is from San Jose/Marcala, Honduras that is lightly air roasted by Poppets Coffee (Dayton, OH). Fruity aroma with flavors of strawberry and watermelon when cupped hot. As a cold brew notes of strawberry and caramel are present.
In the spirit of learning and innovation DLF MARCALA purchased a 9-acre farm to run different crops and to utilize various production processes to see how they work and how to best utilize them in their production farms.
